IT Services Virtualization

Virtualization as technological solution today became popular on a massive scale.

Virtualization Principles

Virtual services are formed by way of division and isolation of powers and resources (both hardware and logical resources) of the company’s IT infrastructure. Internal independence of components reached this way sufficiently increases the stability and availability of the whole IT complex. Thus, all resources become available for a user regardless of their space position or configuration.

Advantages of Virtualization

Prospects of such innovative technologies are obvious:

1. Saving. Creating several virtual machines (servers) on the basis of a single hardware you get rid of the necessity to purchase unnecessary equipment. Cloud services becoming more and more popular make virtualization even more cost-efficient allowing the joint usage of both internal and external resources.

2. Compatibility. During virtualization you continue to use the same software versions as in the case of standard infrastructures but get the opportunity to combine several types of software (including operating systems).

3. Flexibility. The owner himself or herself chooses virtual servers and workplaces configuration distributing their load and, if necessary, adding or reducing power.

4. Availability. Virtual resources are available to a user anywhere without loss of promptness.

Implementation by the Company’s Efforts

IT infrastructures virtualization is one of key services offered by our company. With regard to the set task and our client’s preferences we are able to carry out:

1. Local virtualization: all virtualized resources are located on the customer's hardware (in the company’s office or rented premises – in the so-called data centers).

2. “Cloud” virtualization: placing all IT services and resources in a “cloud” which is physically located in the territory of Great Britain. It is possible to place services and “remote” workplaces which allows working with the company’s infrastructure from anywhere.

3. Combined virtualization: a part of the customer’s resources is located on his or her hardware, another part is activated in our “cloud”. The option is one of the most in-demand options.
